How long does shipping take within India?

We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days for metropolitan cities and up to 7 days for other regions across India.

Are Delhi Watch Company timepieces covered by a warranty?

Yes, every DWC watch comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and movement issues from the date of purchase.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy. The watch must be in its original, unworn condition with all packaging and protective films intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India. You can also choose to pay via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, or Net Banking for faster processing.

Are the watches water-resistant?

Most of our watches feature a water resistance rating of 3ATM to 5ATM, making them resistant to accidental splashes and rain. We do not recommend wearing them while swimming or diving.

Can I track my order once it is shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS containing a tracking link and a unique AWB number to monitor your shipment in real-time.
